X1 Smoother is an advanced alloy wheel CNC lathe profile smoothing and engineering software package designed to improve finish quality, increase productivity, and give operators greater control over profile editing and wheel repair.
Download the X1 Smoother installation file. If possible, save or copy the file to the CNC machine's D drive. If the machine does not have a D drive, leave the file in the Downloads folder.
Connect the machine to the internet before starting the installation. No internet connection will result in a failed installation. Open the .exe file, agree to the terms, enter your company information, and continue with the installation.
The installer will automatically apply any required Windows updates to the machine and will also create a desktop shortcut for X1 Smoother.
If you are upgrading from a previous version, open X1 Smoother after installation, enter your existing licence key, and change all parameters in the Settings menu so they match your previous version.
